Standard features

All my guitars are based on a careful development in both sound and playability. Unless otherwise agreed, the following specifications apply to all models:

Scale length: 65 cm
Neck width: 52.5 mm at the nut, 62.5 mm at the 12th fret
String spacing: 42.5 mm at the nut, 58 mm at the bridge
Action: 3.25 mm e', 4.25 mm E
Neck thickness: 22 mm on 1st fret, 25 mm on 9th fret
Fret dimensions: width 2.2mm, medium height
Position markers (2,5 mm dot): 5th and 7th fret
Neck profile: C-shape
FABS bridge system for accurate intonation regulation, combined with a double hole tie block
Overall French polished
Scheller tuning machines, model Landsdorfer, basic version
BAM-Case 8002XLW in white color

These characteristics form the reliable basis of every instrument from my workshop. In addition, you have the opportunity to customize your guitar by carefully tailored options according to your personal preferences, requirements for playability and artistic expression.

Options

No surcharge applies for the following options:

Scale length from 62.5 cm to 66 cm
Individual measurements of the string spacing, neck widths, neck thicknesses and neck profile
flat or high frets
Execution for left-handers
Neck sealed with special linseed oil mixture
Various other types of wood (for example, native / non-exotic woods)
BAM case in the colours tweed, black lazure, black carbon, silver carbon
Visesnut case Active Series in black or light grey

An extra charge is required for these options:

Traditional V-joint (German Anschäfter), optionally with single or double-sided head plate
Semi-Cutaway; discreet cut-out on the upper bout, extends access to the upper positions without significantly changing the body volume and classical appearance.
Generously designed permanent armrest, which extends over the lower bout to the waist and supports organic movements of the plucking hand in all sound registers. Available in flamed maple and Indian rosewood
other types of wood and thermally treated woods, subject to availability
Binding and purfling made of finely textured, ivory-imitating galalith – a historic is handcrafted material made of milk protein (casein), which has been used since the early 20th century.
Engravings and other features of the mechanics; the additional price depends on the manufacturer’s prices
Custom CCC carbon case, optionally with kevlar sleeve; cases from other manufacturers on request
